Police colonel Pham Xuan Quac, head of Crime Investigation Department, had a discussion about international human trafficking situation to find measures to combat this type of criminal. Sharing his experience, he said the scale of human trafficking in Vietnam is not large in comparison with many countries in the world and primarily Vietnamese women and children are trafficked to neighboring countries.
